Are your diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — and they are laboratory-grown. A laboratory-grown diamond has the same chemical composition and crystal structure as a mined diamond, and is graded on the same cut, colour, clarity and carat scale. It is not a simulant like cubic zirconia or moissanite, and we never present it as a mined diamond.
Will I be able to tell the difference?
Not visually. A trained gemmologist using specialised equipment can identify a stone’s origin, which is why every stone from 0.30ct ships with an IGI or GIA report stating that it is laboratory-grown.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched in 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 3–7 business days to the United States and 5–12 business days to the UK and EU. See the Shipping Policy for detail.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes — we ship to the US, Canada, the UK and the EU. Import duties or VAT may apply depending on your country; see the Shipping Policy.
What ring size should I order?
Use the size guide on each ring’s product page. If you are between sizes, size up. Still unsure? Email us before ordering — resizing is possible but easier to avoid.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days if unworn and complete with its certificate. Engraved and custom pieces are excluded. Full detail in the Refund and Returns Policy.
Is there a warranty?
Every piece carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects such as loose settings or faulty clasps. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear. Your statutory rights apply in addition.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Store pieces separately in the pouch provided, remove them before swimming, exercising or applying lotions, and clean with warm water and a soft brush. We offer professional cleaning and inspection on request.
Can I order a custom piece?
Often, yes. Email us with the style, metal, stone size and budget you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible and how long it takes.
How is my payment protected?
Card details are handled directly by our payment processor and never stored on this website.
